TecHalli name is absolutely right. The moniker rightly defines the city as technology sits at the heart of the city. However, name doesn't solve any purpose without supporting ecosystem. As far as the living standards of 'Silicon valley' of the US is concerned, Bengaluru has vast scope for improvement.
